COVID-19: Precautions and Expanded Refund Policy
The team at OSG is looking forward to providing a safe and positive training experience for your employees. In line with Ontario’s Public Health measures and advice, the following precautions are in place.
Please note this situation is evolving and our response may change as new information becomes available from reputable sources including the Public Health Agency of Canada.
Public training rooms will be set up to allow for a 6-foot radius between each participant, as well as the trainer.
For private (on-site) training, your training room must allow for a 6-foot radius between the participants and the Trainer.
Masks are recommended (not mandatory)
While not mandatory, we encourage participants to wear a mask or face covering, especially at times when physical distancing cannot be maintained.
OSG facilitators will wear a mask, except while eating or drinking (and maintaining physical distancing while doing so).
Personal hygiene and sanitization
Hand sanitizer and/or access to soap and water will be available in all training locations.
Alternative training options
If a participant displays cold or flu-like symptoms, as defined by the Government of Canada and Government of Ontario guidelines, they will be asked to leave. We have expanded our refund policy to ensure that anyone who needs to reschedule for any reason may do so.
Expanded Refund Policy
We are expanding our refund policy to ensure participants are not concerned about losing their training investment when deciding if it is safe for them to attend group training. Clients who have booked facilitator-led training may:
- transfer their booking to a later date at any time before or during training
- cancel and receive a full refund up to five days prior to the start date
We will not require a reason for cancelling. This expanded refund policy no longer requires five days' notice to transfer a scheduled course.
Will I have to wear a mask during training?
No, masks and face coverings are no longer required for in-person training.
How do I cancel or reschedule the training I've booked?
Will I get a refund if I have to cancel because I am sick?
You will have the option of rebooking training for a later date at any time before or during training or receiving a full refund if you cancel up to five days prior to the start date.
Our expanded refund policy no longer requires five days' notice to transfer a scheduled course, so you don't have to worry about losing your training investment if you become ill.
