Whether your health and safety program is functioning well or needs improvement, OSG’s GAP Audit, combined with the experience of our consultants, offers the employer an opportunity to identify “gaps” in your health and safety program and prioritize corrective actions.
Our consultant will visit your workplace and inspect the physical condition of the facility, as well as review documentation provided. The consultant will compare the findings with the Occupational Health and Safety Act and Regulations and applicable codes or practices that apply to your workplace.
Audit criteria is based on CSA z1000 and the WSIB WorkWell Audit. A report will be delivered by the consultant outlining the areas requiring improvement.
- Visit workplace to define the scope of the audit.
- Physical inspection and review of documentation provided – policies, procedures, training records, JHSC minutes and inspections, etc.
- Report generated outlining all findings and recommendations.
