Course Summary

Incidents of workplace violence and harassment can have devastating consequences. They can affect workplace communication, production, morale, and the general sense of personal well-being.

Since 2010, when Bill 168 was passed, the Occupational Health and Safety Act (OHSA) requires employers to develop, implement, and maintain policies and programs regarding workplace violence and harassment (WVH).

This workshop is designed to provide guidance on how to successfully evaluate your workplace violence and harassment policy and program, and ensure that you incorporate all of the new changes required with the passing of Bill 132.
