Green Book Subscription FAQ
How do I subscribe to the Green Book?
Simply enter your quantity, select the Subscribe & Save option and then check out as normal.
What will happen after I subscribe to the Green Book?
Once you have subscribed, just sit back, relax and allow us to help keep your organization compliant by ensuring you receive your Green Book every year. Typically, Green Books are delivered in April each year, subject to any timeline adjustments set out in the Confirmation Email or subsequent invoice.
Each year, OSG will email you in November to confirm how many Green Books you would like to order for the following year (the "Confirmation Email"). If you need to make any adjustments to the quantity, shipping address or update your information after you’ve submitted the confirmation email - no problem! Simply reach out to us by emailing info@osg.ca. If your order quantity changes, pricing discounts will reflect your new order quantity.
Payment for the Subscription and any services related to the Subscription must be made by credit card. Payment for the initial subscription purchase will be made at the time of sale, and subsequent annual charges will be processed when your Green Book subscription is shipped.
When does my subscription renew?
OSG will email you in November to confirm how many Green Books you would like to order for the following year (the "Confirmation Email"). You will have until February 15 to let us know of any changes in quantity, otherwise your subscription order will contain the same number of Green Books as the previous year. Your payment will be processed when your Green Book subscription is shipped.
When will I be charged for next year’s order?
Subscription charges will be processed when your Green Book subscription order is shipped, typically in early April. You will be notified by email one week in advance of your anticipated shipping date and payment processing date.
How do I make changes to my subscription?
You may make changes to your Green Book Subscription at any time by emailing info@osg.ca.
How do I cancel my subscription?
You may cancel your Green Book Subscription at any time by emailing info@osg.ca. If we receive your cancellation request prior to shipping your Green Book, you will receive a refund for that year’s order. We may, at our sole option, require further confirmation to process a cancellation; however, we are not under any obligation to do so.
How much will I save?
By purchasing a Green Book subscription you are saving up to an additional 10% off the one-time purchase price. Below is the pricing chart:
